The Pierz Football game is at 4:30pm on Friday at St. Cloud Apollo on 94ROCKS this is due to the story below citing the safety concerns.

The St. Cloud Area School District is only of many schools that announced they are implementing some new safety procedures for football and soccer games. New rules are going into effect for fall sports. Starting on Friday, football and soccer games will be moved to 4:30 p.m.; all spectators must pass through metal detectors, only clear bags no larger than 5-by-8 inches will be allowed, and all bags will be searched. Fans must also leave the grounds immediately after each game ends. Due to recent incidents, shootings and threats made to school districts the decision was made by the school board to heighten security for games. The school district says the changes are a response to "an increase in safety-related incidents across Minnesota and locally and are intended to maintain safe, welcoming events for students, families, and community members." Fans are encouraged to arrive early, bring only necessary items, and talk to their kids before attending games. The new restrictions and procedures will remain in place for the remainder of the fall season. Questions should be directed to the District 742 Superintendent's Office. This also comes as St. Cloud Police are investigating a social media post warning of a potential threat at the Tech football homecoming game on Friday. It was reported that a fight (no weapons mentioned) was going to take place at the football game via a social media post. Police are investigating the matter and the school district is taking precautions all all events at this time. Many other schools around the state are heightening safety measures from recent situations. You can contact your local schools for information on what they are doing.

The 18-year-old had been under investigation for nearly two years, trading messages with a confidential informant, before agents sold him the rifle and ammunition, they said. “This was a radicalized young man who needed to be watched,” U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen said as he praised the FBI investigation. Agents “were able to detect a threat, and disrupt it, before the defendant carried out his intention to kill, in his words, maybe 30 to 60 people, as we allege in far greater detail in the complaint.” Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, 18, was arrested Tuesday in a public park in Richfield, several miles northwest of the Mall of America, after he paid $600 to an undercover FBI employee posing as a member of ISIS for an AK-47 and 200 rounds of ammunition, according to the criminal complaint. The Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism announced that the recent Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair earned third place in USA Today's 10 Best Reader's Choice Awards. Little Falls beat out 17 other shows to earn the third place honor. Little Falls was one of 20 craft shows from across the country competing for the top spot. Detroit Urban Craft Fair took first place, with the Gatlinburg Craftsmen's Fair in Tennessee taking second. The nominees were picked by a panel of USA Today Editors and subject-matter experts. People were able to vote for their top choice during the month of September to determine the winners. Little Falls Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism President Purva Watten says the recognition is about much more than the ranking; it is an opportunity to showcase the city on a national stage and celebrate what can happen when a community comes together behind something it believes in. Plans are already in place for next year as the Arts and Crafts will be September 11th and 12th of 2027.
